After each admission to the hospital, a new summary of care document will post to your Portal, but you will not receive an email notification.
Is my "MHealth" Patient Portal secure?
Only you or those you authorize will be able to view the information in your Patient Portal.
We will not share, sell, or lease your information.

The best way to provide information to your physician is to sign an Authorization for Release of Health Information Form (available through our Medical Records Department) Contact Medical Records at 626-570-1606, Extension 3212, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
