Kitchen Supervisor FT
Minimum 5 years experience in quantity food production and catering. Working experience in institutional food preparation preferred. Hospital food service experience diserable; supervisory experience preferred, must be able to read, write & speak Englist proficiently; must have good leadership and organizational skills; must have knowledge to ensure quality food and sanitation standards through supervision; ability in math to adjust volume of food; able to work kwith invoices, statistics and operating reports. able to use computer and perform order entries; Serve Safe certificate for managers.
